QuickClean Ltd tenancy cleaning is carried out by dedicated mobile teams of cleaning operatives whose speciality is properties in need of a thorough deep clean, either at the end of a tenancy or before the start of one. We understand how important it is for you to have the property professionally cleaned and checked.

We have carried out thousands of end of tenancy cleaning jobs in London so far and know how to please landlords. We have created an extensive checklist reflecting the cleanliness standards required by major national UK letting agents and which our cleaners use at all times.

Please note Pre/Post Tenancy Cleaning does not include professional Carpet Cleaning which is charged separately.
Please note that we do not wash or clean the exterior of the property such as balconies, gardens and garages. This can be arranged when you make the booking.

At your request, we will also allocate specialty carpet, upholstery, curtain and rugs cleaning. This can be done in a single appointment, to your guaranteed satisfaction. You are responsible only for allowing the cleaning team access to the property and we will do the rest, satisfaction guaranteed.

For properties within the inner London Congestion charging zone, a £10 parking supplement is applicable. Between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday a further £8 supplement is applicable to cover the Congestion Charge.
