REGULAR DOMESTIC CLEANING
QuickClean Ltd offers regular domestic cleaning and ironing services throughout North London, North West London, West London, Middlesex, Harrow, Watford, Barnet, Wembley, Uxbridge, Enfield, Twickenham, Edgware, Mill Hill, Finchley, Totteridge, Whetstone, Stanmore and Bushey areas.
Wherever you are in these areas, QuickClean Ltd can provide you with domestic cleaning and ironing service for a minimum of 3 hours on weekly or fortnightly basis. The cleaning includes all general and thorough cleaning tasks done on a regular basis.
Price: £9 per hour, minimum 3 hours per visit. We use client's cleaning materials.
The client is responsible for supplying cleaning chemicals, tools and equipment such as:
Vacuum cleaning machine
Ladder ( if required)
Floor Brush
Mop & Bucket
Sponges
Dusters, Mops- (good quality microfiber / cotton)
Kitchen Paper Roll
Limescale Remover
General Purpose Cleaner

How our company checks the cleaners?
QuickClean is able to provide vetted, extensively trained and fully equipped domestic cleaning help. Before we employ a cleaner we carefully vet them in order to satisfy the following requirements:
-Proof of identity
-Proof of right to work in the UK
-Proof of address
-CRB check (Police check)
-Checkable References
-Cleaning Experience and good temper.
Is there insurance cover for your cleaners?
Our company has public liability insurance with £2 million worth of cover, which covers major damage over £100.
Bleach spills are not covered and bleach should not be used by the cleaner.
Do I get to meet my cleaner before the first clean?
We will arrange an interview at your convenience. Once you are with your cleaner and agreed to use our services, you can mutually arrange regular clean days and time.
Will I have to be at home when my cleaner cleans?
No, all our cleaners are vetted and offer the facility to hold your house keys. However, for the spring clean service, we request that someone is available on the day at the start and end of the clean.
Can I specify the day and time of clean?
You can specify the day the cleaner comes, Mondays to Saturday. We will make every effort to supply you with a cleaner for the chosen day(s).
Who is responsible for providing the cleaning products and materials?
Our cleaners do not carry their own cleaning materials and therefore the client's cleaning materials are used. However, please note that our cleaners are not authorized to use bleach and therefore alternative products must be used.
What happens if I am dissatisfied with the service provided by the cleaner?
We do our best to ensure that only reliable, efficient staff are registered with the agency. If however, you are not happy with your cleaner, give us a call and we will find a replacement cleaner within 5 working days.
What happens when you are on Away/Holiday?
You can give keys to the cleaner while you are away and she can do some work for you, for example:
- shopping
- tidying up wardrobes and cupboards
- ironing
- cleaning leaves in the garden
- watering the plants?
How does payment work?
The cleaner is paid by cash/cheque at the end of the week or you can set up a direct debit to QuickClean Ltd.
