Every building or decoration activity causes a lot of dust and dirt. QuickClean Ltd has a team of after builders cleaners who specialise only with after builders cleaning. We require a minimum of 5 hours after builders cleaning per visit. Please note our after builders cleaning does not include professional window cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning. We understand you may have special requirements and you can always provide us with your own task list.

Price: £14 per hour per person. We require a minimum of 5 hours per visit OR If you call us we will give you fixed price according the property size & condition.

Please find below our task list:

• Deep cleaning of all skirting boards
• Deep cleaning of all doors and door frames
• Deep cleaning of all windows frames and window sills
• Cleaning all light switches and sockets
• Cleaning all radiators

Kitchen - cleaning all cupboards inside/outside and tops, cleaning all surfaces, cleaning inside outside fridge and freezer, cleaning inside/outside of dishwasher and washing machine. Descaling and cleaning of sink, Remove cobwebs.

Living room and Bedrooms - cleaning and polishing of all cupboards, wardrobes, bedside tables, tables inside/outside and tops. We will remove all the furniture in the rooms when cleaning and replace as before.

Bathroom - Scrub and disinfect bathroom floors; Scrub and disinfect toilet, Clean and discale bath & showers and shower doors; Scrub and discale bathroom sinks; wipe down all counters; Clean mirrors.

QuickClean is responsible for providing professional chemicals, tools and equipment.

Please note our after builders cleaning does not include professional outside window cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning. At your request, we will also allocate speciality carpet, upholstery, curtain and rugs cleaning. This can be done in a single appointment.

For properties within the inner London Congestion charging zone, a £10 parking supplement is applicable. Between 7:00 amand 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday a further £8 supplement is applicable to cover the Congestion Charge.
